Please read this agreement carefully. By downloading, installing or using any product from Noon Instruments Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. End User License Agreement
By purchasing this product, a single user is granted the licence to use the software and included sounds in a musical context, for commercial or non- commercial purposes without paying any additional licence fees or royalties. A single licence cannot be shared between multiple users (e.g. in a music production house or shared studio) – each user must buy a separate licence. The software may be installed on up to two computers, providing they are used only by a single user.
For bulk multi-user licences (e.g. for a school or large studio facility), please contact us.
The sounds generated by this software must be used as part of a musical composition. The included sounds must not be repackaged as a new sample library, sample pack, sound design library or construction kit, without express written permission from Noon Instruments Ltd.
2. Protection of Software
You agree to take responsible steps to protect this software from unauthorised use or copying. Noon Instruments Ltd uses proprietary watermarking technology to track piracy. You agree not to decompile, decrypt, reverse- engineer or otherwise modify the software to circumvent any method or means implemented by Noon Instruments.
3 Ownership
The software and any included audio recordings, graphics, programming, presets and other intellectual property are licensed, not sold, to you. Ownership of all content is retained by Noon Instruments Ltd.
4. Refunds and Transfers
Digital downloads can’t be returned, so Noon Instruments can’t provide refunds. Please ensure you have the correct version before purchasing any of our products. If in doubt, please contact us before you complete your purchase. Licences can’t be transferred to another user without express permission from Noon Instruments. Please note that our libraries are individually watermarked with your details.
6. Newsletter
When you order a library, your email address will be added to our mailing list. We only use the mailing list for sending news about new products and deals. We will not share your details with any third party. You are free to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
7. Privacy Policy

The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process information of those individuals.
